• Develop and maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Implement security and safety improvements that benefit the company’s assets, visitors, tenants, and employees.
• Maintain operations over variable hours, including weekends.
• Utilize knowledge and experience of RF scanners in an advanced warehouse setting to improve inventory accuracy and productivity.
• Handle work-related injuries and ensure policies comply with OSHA standards.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster a cooperative and harmonious climate.
• Oversee loading and unloading trucks and ensure accurate labeling.
• Note damages and shortages, and clean and sanitize after shifts.
• Provide accurate dock checks and scans at the end of shifts for customer service when needed.

Starting salary range: $60,000 – $65,000, subject to market conditions and location. Final salary will be determined in accordance with applicable laws.
