Supply Chain Coordinator – Distribution Center
Location:
Laredo, TX (On-site)
Contract:
12 months
Seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support Distribution Center operations within a 3PL warehouse environment, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support efficient DC operations
- Monitor daily activity and resolve operational issues to maintain workflow
- Communicate with multiple sites, internal teams, and external partners
- Partner with transportation providers on timely, accurate shipment movement
- Arrange expedited/special shipments as needed
- Identify process improvements to boost supply chain efficiency
- Track and report KPIs; consolidate data from multiple Excel sources into reports
- Strong Excel skills (data consolidation, reporting, analysis)
- Working knowledge of supply chain/logistics, ideally in a 3PL environment
- Strong written/verbal communication and multitasking ability
