- Pay: $ 18.00

- Monitor in-bond shipments, track expiration timelines, and prioritize shipments at risk of non-compliance.
- File new in-bond movements and CBP Form 7512, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, bonded facilities, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and status updates.
- Research, resolve, and close in-bond discrepancies, aging shipments, and compliance issues while maintaining audit-ready records.
- Background in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or transportation logistics.
- Experience working with bonded warehouses, ports, Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ), or trade compliance operations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with the ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.
$18.00 per hour
