FTZ Inventory & Compliance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FTZ Inventory & Compliance Supervisor to oversee desk-level inventory management and ensure full compliance with Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) regulations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supervising reporting activities, and ensuring regulatory filings are completed correctly and on time.

• Manage and reconcile inventory at the desk level, ensuring accuracy of all records
• File CBP Form 214 and oversee all related FTZ documentation
• Track and record all inventory movements, including tally-ins and tally-outs
• Maintain accurate inventory balances and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and manage year-end inventory reporting and audits
• Supervise inventory compliance processes and ensure adherence to FTZ regulations
• Provide guidance and oversight to staff involved in inventory and compliance activities

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in FTZ compliance
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations, including CBP Form 214
• Proven experience in inventory control, reconciliation, and reporting
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
