The Financial Sales Manager oversees all financial operations and revenue-generating activities of the sports complex. This position ensures sound financial management, accurate reporting, and the achievement of revenue goals through membership sales, sponsor ships, rentals, and events. The manager develops and implements strategies to increase profitability, improve operational efficiency, and maintain fiscal accountability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Develops, monitors, and manages annual operating budget.
- Prepares monthly financial statements, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll processes.
- Ensures to comply with financial policies and accounting requirements and maintains financial records that pertain to the complex.
- Plans and implements strategies to increase facility revenue through memberships, sponsor ships, rentals, and programs; manages client relationships and marketing coordination.
- Prepares financial reports, forecasts, and cost recovery analyses; provides data-driven recommendations to management.
- Evaluate cost-saving measures and investment opportunities.
- Supervises assigned personnel; conducts performance evaluations; provides training leadership.
- Ensures compliance with municipal policies, purchasing regulations, and audit standards; assists with log-range financial planning and procedural improvements.
- Coordinates with city departments, vendors, and community partners, along with the Superintendent.
- Represents the complex in meetings and events.
- Performs related work as assigned
- Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of implementing and managing membership sales, sponsor ships, rentals, and events. The manager develops and implements strategies to increase profitability, improve operational efficiency, and maintain fiscal accountability.
- Knowledge of supervisory duties and ability to guide and lead staff to achieve best results in the organization.
- Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based business decisions.

- Ability to maintain good health and physical condition sufficient to permit the full performance of the duties of this position.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited
