Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service department in Laredo, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing service staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Manage and supervise the service team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service operations.
• Monitor service metrics and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Recruit, train, and mentor service staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
• Manage service budgets and control costs while maintaining service quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the service department competitive.

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with service management software and tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
