Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints in the absence of the Store Manager;
Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set sales/task goals with regular follow-up;
Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates during unexpected peaks;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Drive customer experience by addressing feedback, resolving escalations, and promoting Lids membership programs
