Position: Entry-Level Manufacturing Quality Check Associate Location: Laredo, TX Schedule: 2nd Shift, M-F 4pm - 12am Pay:$17.75/hr.

is hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Quality Check Associates in Laredo, TX 78045. No previous experience is required. You will be provided the training you need to succeed.

• Inspect manufactured parts and products for quality and defects
• Follow work instructions and quality procedures
• Use measuring and testing equipment when needed
• Ensure products meet customer quality standards
• Record inspection results accurately
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Complete timekeeping and required company documentation through the company portal
• Perform other duties as assigned

• No previous experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to read and speak English
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, twist, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus but not required
