What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production.
  • Perform routine inspections and identify equipment or process issues before they impact operations.
  • Adjust equipment settings and controls to optimize production quality and performance.
  • Maintain accurate operating records and communicate production updates with team members.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn plant processes and systems.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt to changing production needs.
Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer drug/alcohol screen and background check.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely climb ladders, stairs, and work at elevated heights when required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor environmental conditions and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements and maintain awareness while working around mobile equipment and machinery.

Starting pay $24.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
