We are currently looking to fill a Full-Time, permanent position for a Production Line Lead in our Production Department at our Laredo, TX facility.

• Delegate work to 10-20 employees on production lines, including training, organizing, and delegating employees to achieve required performance levels.
• Review daily work orders and ensure packages are completed to customer specifications.
• Monitoring production lines to ensure they are running efficiently;
  Quickly troubleshooting to keep lines moving.
• Make sure the queues are ready before starting each order.
• Make sure the lines are properly cleaned after completing each order.
• Ensure that employees are properly trained in all Nature Fresh procedures, including occupational health and safety procedures.
• Ensure that employees work safely at all times and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) or other safety equipment.
• Make sure work areas are always clean and protected from hazards.
• Oversees inventory of packaging materials and reallocation as needed.
• Accurately complete all related documentation and paperwork as required by management.
• Report operational issues or delays to the Production Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Informs the Production Supervisor of employment relationship issues so that the Supervisor can handle them in a timely and appropriate manner.

• Reading, writing, oral communication, and effective listening skills are essential tools for the job
• Basic and efficient math skills are required.
• Organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Previous experience with fresh produce is a plus.
• Able to work well with minimal supervision most of the day.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
• You must show a respectful and positive attitude.
• Committed to continuous learning, as each day presents new information and exciting challenges.
• Spanish is an advantage.
• You must be available to work Monday through Saturday; hours will vary depending on business needs.

• Fast-paced warehouse environment where temperatures range from cooler to temperature-controlled areas.
• Work with a wide variety of people and cultures in a team environment.
• You may occasionally need to lift, bend, twist, and reach as needed.
• Balancing sitting, standing, and walking around the warehouse and fridges – some desk work
