Senior Brand & Growth Marketer – Job Description
Build the lead engine that makes Acqui Match impossible to ignore.
- Location: Remote, United States. The Austin to San Antonio corridor is strongly preferred. You will run studio days and capture content with the founder at live events, so being close to the founder in New Braunfels, TX is a real advantage. We are open to remote-US for an exceptional candidate who can travel for shoots and events. Due to state employment requirements, we are not hiring in New York or California at this time.

- Compensation: Base salary range plus performance incentives tied to qualified-lead generation and marketing-sourced pipeline that bring total on-target earnings (OTE) into the $115K to $135K range. Final package depends on years of experience and proven ability to build a content-driven lead engine.

Acqui Match is the leading concierge acquisition search and match service for first-time business buyers. We match buyers to the right business based on skills, goals, lifestyle, risk tolerance, and emotional readiness. It's matchmaking, not brokerage.
Our system was built and refined by our expert team through thousands of client deals. The proof: every client we take on submits at least one LOI and they close on business acquisitions at 20x the industry average. The industry standard is that only 2% of aspiring first-time buyers ever close.
Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) is exploding, and demand for what we do is climbing with it. We currently rely heavily on word-of-mouth and guest podcast appearances. When the podcast goes quiet, so does the pipeline. We're hiring the person who fixes that for good.
Your MissionYour mission is to build the brand and content engine that gives Acqui Match a predictable flow of qualified leads, so we never again depend on a single podcast appearance to fill the pipeline.
The biggest lever in that engine is our founder's personal brand. She is our spokesperson and our most powerful source of leads outside of successful client podcast appearances, but that asset is underused. We believe a strong founder brand becomes a business' most durable, lowest-cost lead-gen machine. You will turn the founder's voice, story, and expertise into reach, trust, and inbound, and build the Acqui Match brand alongside it.
You will own our owned channels end to end: the newsletter, blog, Linked In and social media, webinars, event appearances, and the long-form and short-form content we build from them. You will take this work off the team's plate, raise the bar on all of it, and turn it into a lead machine that runs without the founder having to feed it.
Here's the flywheel you own: when our content earns trust at scale, more qualified buyers raise their hands; when more qualified buyers raise their hands, we close more clients; when we close more clients, revenue grows, and you earn the budget and the team to grow the engine you built. You are at the top of that flywheel.
This role starts hands-on. You will produce, write, film, and ship. As you learn our brand and our buyer, you will take ownership of strategy and, ultimately, build and lead the marketing team. This is for someone who wants to build something they can point to and say “I built that.”

They will happily pay a trusted partner to save them time and raise their odds of success. They invest in themselves and are ready for ownership.
