Wellsential Health is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support Laredo West Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

In this purposeful position, you:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide direct patient care in a specialized nursing facility (SNF), working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers)
• Provide direct care according to individualized care plans
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to nursing staff (RN/LVN)
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in Texas in good standing (TULIP registry)
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
• Experience in specialized nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
