RN​/LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Laredo, TX and surrounding areas.

Location:

Laredo, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $24 - $36 per hour.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
