We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. The role involves an 8-hour shift, providing personal care to residents, assisting charge nurses, and ensuring exceptional service within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support residents’ independence.
• Advise supervising charge nurse of residents’ status at shift start/end.
• Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions to care plans.
• Assist in implementing care plans as directed under established policy.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions; document observations as required.
• Comply with safe lifting/transfer procedures.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain hazard-free environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
• Familiarity with CNA duties.
