Responsibilities
Provides safe, competent patient-centered care for patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant, working under the direction of the registered nurse or physician. Participates as an active member of the Nursing Team on the assigned unit/department, supporting an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practicing the Service Excellence Standards with all customer groups.

- High School diploma or GED. Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
- Completion of a Healthcare vocational program preferred. Successful completion of the fundamentals semester of nursing school preferred.
- De‑escalation training (obtained CPI within six months of employment) in required specialty.
- BLS (or obtained during orientation). Prefer experience in acute care setting.
