Coaching & Quality Enablement

• Provide feedback and guidance to recruiting teams on improving job postings and maintaining consistency.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Customize mentoring approaches to team members’ individual styles and development goals.
• Create and maintain audit documentation, templates, and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a quality auditing role, preferably in an RPO, MSP, KPO, BPO, or recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to audit job postings and recruiting workflows.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
• Analytical thinking, with a strong foundation in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and translating client needs into audit practices.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and recruitment industry standards.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment across time zon
