Laredocc is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to support the Executive Pastry Chef in all aspects of pastry operations at the Laredo Country Club. This role is responsible for maintaining quality and creativity in pastry items while supervising the pastry team. Candidates should have 3-5 years of pastry experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
