Are you passionate about coffee and leading a dynamic team in a vibrant cafe environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team and take charge of our morning operations. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your barista skills and leadership to a fast-paced, customer-focused coffee shop.

• Open the cafe early in the morning, ensuring all preparations are completed for a smooth start to the day.
• Supervise daily cafe operations, including staff management, customer service, and quality control.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional coffee and customer experiences.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage, especially during early mornings and weekends.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

• Proven experience working in a coffee shop or as a barista, with strong knowledge of coffee preparation and cafe operations.
• Ability to work early mornings and flexible availability on weekends.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a hands‑on approach.

• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
