You'll bring energy, precision, and creativity to every shift, ensuring members feel welcomed, cared for, and impressed.

• Create classic and innovative cocktails that exceed expectations
• Mix, prepare, and serve beverages according to approved recipes
• Prepare garnishes, house‑made syrups, and infusions before service
• Will be cross‑trained for bartender and the beverage cart

• Provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
• Greet guests warmly and thank them as they leave
• Serve drinks at the bar and, when needed, to lounge tables

• Inspect and stock the bar before opening
• Follow setup procedures and request additional supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar environment
• Ensure all food items are properly labeled, dated, and stored

• Collaborate with servers and leadership to maintain smooth service
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisor

• Valid TABC Certification
• Valid Texas Food Handler Certification
• Must be of legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
• Valid driver's license or

You're comfortable with:

• Standing and walking for long periods
• Bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working around hot equipment and in warm, busy environments
