Merchandiser, Retail

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 5:00am - 2:00pm or until the work is completed.

Pay: $14.00/hour

• Maintain fresh products by stocking, rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, beer caves and displays while adhering to all quality and rotation policies.
• Ensure service levels and compliance rates for each assigned account are met or exceeded.
• Rotate product to maintain all quality standards and compliance regulations.
• Work with Coaches/Leadership to record and track out‑of‑stock (OOS) in each assigned account.
• Ensure all Andrews SKUs are priced appropriately and meet visibility standards.
• Keep backroom and inventory areas clean and organized.
• Notify manager of any product breakage in an account.
• Complete and document retail call with signature and provide feedback to Account Manager and/or District Sales Manager (DSM) to ensure appropriate inventory levels and exceptional customer service in all assigned accounts.

• Ability to perform basic math and write legibly.
• Current valid driver license.
• Dependable vehicle to use during daily shift and required level of insurance.
• Previous distribution business experience or other consumer product goods (CPG) experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent certificate.
• Previous beer industry experience.
• Advanced communication skills.
