Burlington - 1600 Water Street - Responsibilities:
Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates;
Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing;
Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, returns-to-vendor (RTV's), and chargeback paperwork to ensure inventory accuracy;
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example, set the standard, and model Burlington SOPs;
Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget
