- 5–10+ years of leadership experience with proven results.
- Experience managing a store or large department (retail preferred).
- Promotion from assistant or co‑manager roles is a plus.
- Comfort leading in fast‑paced, high‑volume, or high‑complexity store environments.

- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Operate computer, printer, and occasionally cash register.
- Occasionally use ladders to retrieve/put away stock.
- Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop; work in stock room and sales floor.
- Identify and follow email and print instructions for merchandise layouts, schedules, and procedures.
- Communicate with customers, managers, and coworkers—accurately exchange information.
- Move across sales floor to direct associates and assist customers; retrieve/put away merchandise in stockroom.
- Work a flexible schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and move merchandise up to 5–10 feet.
- Operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
- Remain stationary upright for 80% of the time.
Salary: $52,500.00 – $66,300.00 per year.
