• 5–10+ years of leadership experience with proven results.
• Experience managing a store or large department (retail preferred).
• Promotion from assistant or co‑manager roles is a plus.
• Comfort leading in fast‑paced, high‑volume, or high‑complexity store environments.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Operate computer, printer, and occasionally cash register.
• Occasionally use ladders to retrieve/put away stock.
• Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop; work in stock room and sales floor.
• Identify and follow email and print instructions for merchandise layouts, schedules, and procedures.
• Communicate with customers, managers, and coworkers—accurately exchange information.
• Move across sales floor to direct associates and assist customers; retrieve/put away merchandise in stockroom.
• Work a flexible schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and move merchandise up to 5–10 feet.
• Operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
• Remain stationary upright for 80% of the time.

Salary: $52,500.00 – $66,300.00 per year.
