• Interact with customers daily, assisting with sales and negotiating agreements concerning pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.
• Greet customers and provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitasking ability.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Self‑motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic.
