Locates merchandise, resolves issues, and promotes Sam's Club products and services;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring invoice accuracy;
Maintains safety and follows safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including hazardous materials handling and forklift procedures;
Collaborates with managers and coworkers to meet membership goals and address improvement opportunities.
