Part‑Time Customer Service Team Member at EZCORP (EZPawn brand).

• Interact with customers daily, providing excellent customer service.
• Process sales, loan payments, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
• Assist with customer inquiries on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of store merchandise (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual language skills is a plus.
