Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow up when Store Manager is not present;
Administer progressive discipline including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager;
Engage team members and foster an inclusive, productive environment aligned with company objectives;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures;
Lead Customer Experience efforts to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service;
Promote participation in Lids membership programs and in-store offers;
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness;
Maintain professional appearance per dress code and ensure store operates smoothly
