We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Freight Sales Coordinators
. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating rates, and driving revenue growth while ensuring the smooth coordination of freight logistics.
This is a full-time position with hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter with a strong ability to sell services, generate leads, and close deals while collaborating with our internal team.
What You'll Do:- Proactively source and close new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Negotiate rates and secure freight contracts with customers and carrier partners.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Act as a liaison between customers and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Monitor shipments from start to finish, quickly resolving any issues that arise.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Proven sales ability and a drive to exceed goals.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
- On the Job Training - No Prior Experience Required!
