As an SDR, your primary role is to generate opportunities for our licensed agents. You can do that by calling leads, networking, and your own pro‑active strategies. You are the engine that drives our growth! Your success is measured by your ability to get qualified leads to show up to an appointment.

Responsibilities
  • Mainly, you're going to be making a lot of calls.
  • You're going to train proactively to improve at these calls.
  • You'll answer incoming calls, and take basic info.
  • You'll take really good notes for each conversation you have.
  • You will ask questions when you're stuck so that you never get stuck for long.
  • You will get licensed.
Requirements

  • Great at making conversation and building rapport
  • Take rejection, reset, and continue.
  • 50+ WPM typing speed. (Test yourself)
  • Able to meet the Texas Department of Insurance requirements to get licensed (clean background)
