Loan Sales Specialist – Regional Finance

Regional Finance is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to branch success. The role is highly results‑oriented and offers significant compensation opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance by managing a dynamic workflow and meeting productivity targets.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations, fostering ease, empathy, and encouragement to achieve conversion and satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, guiding clients through the loan lifecycle and presenting tailored financial solutions.
  • Own the full loan lifecycle, including repayment and collection activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Engage customers across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and internal systems—to maximize outreach, connection, and sales opportunities.
  • Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, supporting cross‑sell and product penetration goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service, ideally in a goal‑driven or commission‑based environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
Work Conditions

Office‑based role providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Typical hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Overtime may be requested as needed.
