Job Details: We are a leading technology services company in search of a dynamic and experienced Permanent Sales Executive with a background in Multifamily / SaaS to join our rapidly growing team. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our mission of providing innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, fostering client relationships, and promoting our multifamily SaaS products.

This role requires an individual who is passionate, proactive, and possesses a deep understanding of the multifamily and SaaS industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, selling multifamily SaaS products, and closing deals.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value and benefits of our multifamily SaaS products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in multifamily and SaaS, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Provide exceptional client service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure our products meet market demands and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales executive role, with a proven track record of success in the SaaS or multifamily industry.
  • Exceptional understanding of SaaS products and the multifamily market.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapid growth and change.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
