Job Summary
Bank of America is seeking a Cash Counter / Client Experience Associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self‑service banking solutions, and process cash transactions.
Responsibilities- Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Engage clients in conversations to understand their financial priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and maintain operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and results‑focused mindset.
- Excellent communicator, able to engage and educate clients through self‑service technologies such as ATM, online banking, and mobile banking.
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Effective time and capacity management.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours; must be able to be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance from home.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business‑related field is preferred.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products.
- At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- At least six months of cash‑handling experience.
- Bilingual – Spanish.
