- Own the full loan lifecycle, including repayment and collection activities, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Engage customers across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and internal systems—to maximize outreach, connection, and sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate a goal‑driven, achievement‑focused mindset, consistently striving to exceed performance metrics and contribute to branch growth.
- Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they fully understand loan terms, features, and available benefits, supporting cross‑sell and product penetration goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass drug screen, criminal, and credit background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance.
- Previous experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service, ideally in a goal‑driven or commission‑based environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Typical working hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Overtime may be required on an as‑needed basis and is at the discretion of upper management.
