Account Executive – Truck Brokerage
We’re seeking a motivated individual eager to advance their career in logistics. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships, developing pricing strategies, and driving business growth across intra-Mexico and cross‑border operations. This role blends day-to-day sales execution with strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Development & Management
- Grow and maintain a robust customer base across multiple industries.
- Analyze trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue.
- Conduct business reviews and performance reporting.
Pricing & Quoting
- Develop carriers’ relationships and competitive rates for truckload, LTL, and multimodal services.
- Assess market conditions and collaborate with carriers for capacity and cost data.
- Deliver accurate and timely quotes.
Strategic Contribution
- Participate in shaping business strategy and identifying market opportunities.
- Align sales initiatives with company growth objectives.
Administrative & Reporting
- Track KPIs and deliver reports to leadership.
- Utilize Turvo and Power BI for account management and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

- Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Experience developing pricing strategies across multiple transportation modes
- Familiarity with intra-Mexico and cross‑border logistics.
- Ability to work both alone and collaborate with other teams
- Strong active listening and effective verbal & written communication skills.
- Have good time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of logistics sales experience.
- Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English & Spanish fluently.
