Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support authorized entry procedures in accordance with site expectations.;
Observe the location for potential security-related concerns, assist with de-escalation when appropriate, and report maintenance, operational, and/or policy-related issues to the appropriate contact.
