Job Description IES Residential is hiring a Residential Service Electrician to support our growing service division in Laredo, TX. This role focuses primarily on residential service work, maintenance, and electrical repairs in both new construction and occupied homes. What You'll Do Perform residential service calls, maintenance, and electrical repairs Troubleshoot and repair panels, breakers, circuits, lighting, outlets, GFCIs, and switches Complete home warranty and customer service work in occupied homes Document work completed and materials used Ensure all work meets NEC and OSHA safety standards Maintain company vehicle, tools, and professional appearance

Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 2-4 Specific Qualifications What We're Looking For 2-3 years of residential service electrician experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of NEC codes and safe work practices Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Preferred Journeyman Electrician License (Texas) Field service app experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas Frequent driving between residential job sites License Required Yes
