General Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Residential Electrician to perform and oversee residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work. The ideal candidate has strong residential experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Lead residential electrical installations and service work
  • Supervise and support apprentice/helper electricians
  • Read blueprints and troubleshoot electrical systems
  • Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
  • Maintain safe, clean job sites and professional customer communication
Minimum Education

None

Minimum Years Of Experience

2-4 years

Requirements 2-3 years residential electrical experience
  • Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and safety practices
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Physical Requirements
    • Lift up to 50 lbs
    • Climb ladders; work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas
    • Stand, bend, kneel, and work with tools extended periods
