Marine Foremen - Laredo, TX

Fisher Industries is seeking Marine Foremen to lead crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of navigation buoys, mooring systems, and other waterborne infrastructure in Laredo, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging marine construction projects, utilizing hands-on maritime experience and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety focus, experience with marine equipment, and the ability to manage dynamic work environments.

• 3–5+ years of experience in marine construction, maritime operations, or a related field
• Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with buoy installation, mooring systems, or marine rigging strongly preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with clean motor vehicle record
• TWIC Card required or ability to obtain one
• Proficiency in operating marine equipment and rigging systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to interpret technical information and communicate with stakeholders
• Pre-employment and random drug testing required
• Subject to background check
