InProduction is the leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the U.S. live events industry. The company is a valuable partner to event organizers throughout the entire venue transformation process, with core services including design and fabrication, delivery and installation, on-site execution, and tear down. These services span a variety of end verticals including golf, motorsports, music festivals, other sports & entertainment, and corporate events.

- Daily routine of scaffolding structures at professional venues such as football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks.
- Crews limited to five employees traveling together from job to job.
- Full-time, consistent, year-round work with predictable assignments.
- Primarily outdoors, working in sun and fresh air while building.
- Routine overnight travel, potentially away from home for 90 days or more at a time.
- Travel accommodations and hotel lodging provided by InProduction; two crew members share a room with a small kitchen for meal preparation.

- Growth opportunity to advance to roles such as crew lead, foreman, or project manager.
- Build and break down scaffolds; install ladders, walkways, and handrails.
- Assist in the safe and efficient installation or removal of equipment per project plans and layouts.
- Inspect all scaffold components before assembly.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and materials.
- Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles.
- Study plans and equipment lists before on-site installation.
- Ensure safety measures are followed, including wearing and using required safety equipment.
- Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting or dismantling scaffolds.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
- Ensure full client satisfaction with the quality of service and finished product within scheduled timelines.
- Other duties as required.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred with a good driving record.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
- Avoids a fear of heights.
- Creative problem solver capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to achieve company goals.
- Can lift up to 75 lbs.
- Can read and understand basic safety instructions.
- Preferred candidates with a background in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events.
- Must be willing to work overtime.
- Preferred but not required: bilingual in English/Spanish.
