• Install, repair, and maintain cable systems including coaxial and fiber optic cables.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of service issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installations and service calls.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in training new technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Handle equipment and tools with care to ensure their longevity and effectiveness.
• Respond to customer inquiries and determine service needs promptly.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies needed for installations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications or a related field is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of cable installation and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to relate with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions including confined spaces and heights.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
