Salary Range: $15.00 To $16.00 Hourly

The Maintenance Handyman is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds. This role involves troubleshooting maintenance issues, completing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring that facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and HVAC-related work.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures, doors, locks, windows, and other building components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Assemble, install, and maintain furniture, shelving, and fixtures.
• Maintain outdoor areas, including minor landscaping, debris removal, and general groundskeeping.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are required.
• Monitor inventory levels and order maintenance supplies as needed.
• Assist with facility renovations, remodeling projects, and emergency repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
