R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Part‑time Forklift Operators at our Laredo, TX service center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be tasked with moving all different types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long. You will be operating a forklift on a roofed but non‑climate‑controlled dock.

Part‑time, Monday - Friday, various shifts. Starting at $21.99/hr earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resorts.

You will be responsible for moving freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long, operating a forklift on a roofed dock that is not climate‑controlled.

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Ability to read manifests
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display
• Forklift experience
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast‑pace environment
• Previous forklift experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Some LTL experience
