We are looking for a Forklift Operator for a Monday-Friday 9am to 6:00pm schedule with some Saturdays. Direct hire with benefits and PTO day 1!

• Utilizing manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks
• Forklift experience
• Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products, and other duties that ensure timeliness, packaging, and accurate system work
• Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed and defined instructions in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment, including all TSA and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be able to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink‑wrap material
• Experience using an RF scan gun is required
• Previous forklift certifications preferred
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well
• Must be able to work well with others, with little supervision
• High attention to detail required
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. unassisted
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English

• Previous warehouse experience preferred – 1 year experience

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, stooping, kneeling, crouching, using hands, reaching, bending and lifting objects above the head. Employees must be able to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

Monday through Friday (9am‑6pm) with occasional Saturdays.

$18.00 – $19.00 hourly (anticipated starting salary). The range may adjust based on market conditions and other factors. Final salary will be determined in accordance with applicable laws.
