Coordinate cross-border shipments between Mexico and the United States, primarily through Laredo, Texas;
Manage the full shipment lifecycle including pickup, linehaul, border transfer, and final delivery;
Ensure proper handoff between Mexican and United States carriers, including live-load and drop trailer operations;
Validate and manage required documentation (Carta Porte, commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs);
Serve as the main operational contact for customers and carriers, providing updates and solutions
