Job Overview

Delivery Swing Driver – responsible for delivering beer and spirits to off‑premise and on‑premise accounts on scheduled routes. Drives company vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations, maintains accurate delivery records, and provides outstanding customer service.

• Deliver products to assigned accounts on time and according to Delivery Service Guidelines.
• Unload, load, and move product using appropriate equipment while keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Stock windows, cold boxes, coolers, hot shelves, and displays; rotate product to maintain quality.
• Adhere to service guidelines and swap/drop procedures as needed.
• Maintain all company equipment and vehicles; perform pre/post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and submit reports for damaged products, returns, and inventory control.
• Communicate issues or opportunities to Sales, District Delivery Manager, and Hometown Sales team.
• Provide guidance and training to Delivery Assistants and support team members when required.
• Perform all duties in a friendly, professional manner and maintain customer relationships.

• Texas Class A CDL License for Route and Swing Drivers.
• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Familiarity with GPS devices.
• Physical ability to perform demanding work daily (extended standing, walking, lifting up to 100 lbs.).
• Basic math, legible handwriting, and ability to read and understand English.
• High school graduate or equivalent; additional experience in distribution, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Previous experience in beer, spirits, or consumer packaged goods is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass safety and background checks.

• Competitive starting pay of $21.00/hour, with potential increases.
