Overview
Cheeseman Transport is hiring CDL A Regional Driver out of Du Bois, PA.
What You’ll Do- Deliver forklifts, tow motors and parts on a dry van trailer.
- Regional & OTR driving assignments with the following schedule expectations:
- Regional:
Home on the weekend - OTR:
Out 2 weeks, home 3 days - Potential earnings: up to $1,900 per week
- Typical lanes primarily east of the Mississippi, with occasional trips as far west as Laredo, TX
Equipment
- Newer model Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Freightliner trucks
- Automatic transmission
- Governed speed: 68 mph
- ELD equipped (Samsara)
- Outward facing camera
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have 6 months driving experience
- Hazmat & tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
- No felony in the past 7 years
- No alcohol related offense in the past 5 years
- Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
