Driver Yard Person, Starting at $29.39 hr
Full-time, Monday - Friday, Split Shift – 5a to 10a then 5p to 10p
Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment
R+L Carriers has an immediate opportunity for Yard Jockey Combo at our Laredo, TX Service Center to unload and load trailers and hostler trailers on the yard. Successful candidates for this position must possess a good work ethic, maintain a good attendance record, work well with others as part of a team, and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements / Qualifications- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
- Previous forklift experience in a fast‑paced LTL environment preferred.
- Ability to read manifests.
- Previous yard hostling experience in a fast‑paced environment highly preferred.
