CDL-A Truck Driver

Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is seeking experienced Class A CDL flatbed drivers for both Company Driver and Lease Operator positions. This opportunity is available to experienced flatbed drivers who wish to select the employment structure that best aligns with their career goals, whether as a company employee or as an independent lease operator.

Company Driver Opportunities for Experienced Flatbed Drivers:

• Weekly earnings of $1,500 to $2,100
• Guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,400 for the first 12 weeks
• Competitive pay of 60 to 65 cents per mile (CPM), based on experience
• Consistent flatbed freight with specialized earning opportunities
• $1,000 orientation completion bonus

Lease Operator Opportunities for Experienced Flatbed Drivers:

• Gross weekly earnings of $4,900 to $6,800
• Take-home pay of $1,700 to $3,100 weekly after expenses
• $3,000 sign-on bonus*
• No money down and no credit check required
• Average truck payments of $550 to $705 per week
• Lease term options of one, two, or three years
• 2023 to 2026 model-year Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Volvo tractors
• Fuel discounts and two weeks with no fixed expenses
• Completion bonuses available after Year One and Year Two

Minimum Requirements for Experienced Flatbed Drivers:

• At least 21 years of age with a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum of 12 months of verifiable OTR driving experience
• Meets DOT requirements with a stable and verifiable driving history
• No safety terminations within the past 12 months
• No truck abandonments within the past 36 months
• No preventable DOT accidents within the past 24 months
