Class A Local​/Regional Driver - Laredo, TX

The Role Scope

Happy Mile USA LLC is seeking a CDL Class A Regional Driver based in Laredo, TX to help deliver consistent, on-time Freight service across Texas. This role exists to protect customer commitments through safe, compliant driving and dependable execution.

• - Operate Class A equipment on regional lanes and maintain schedule integrity
• - Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly
• - Load/unload trailers as required and secure cargo appropriately
• - Maintain accurate ELD logs in Samsara and adhere to all HOS requirements
• - Coordinate with dispatch to resolve delays and drive outcomes

• - Valid CDL Class A and current DOT Medical Card
• - 3+ years Class A experience (Dry Van and Reefer)
• - Clean driving record; pass DOT drug screen and Clearinghouse query
• - U.S. work authorization; FMCSA English proficiency; HS diploma/GED

You'll typically launch your shift from Laredo, get your paperwork and trailer details squared away, and take ownership of a Texas regional run hauling CDL Freight in Dry Van and Reefer. You'll manage time and breaks with HOS in mind, keep Samsara updates clean and timely, and stay aligned with dispatch when weather, docks, or traffic shift the plan. Some weeks include weekend turns.

Back at the yard, you'll close out logs, note any equipment items, and leave a clear handoff for the next move.
