As a Yard Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless loading and unloading of inventory, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a clean, safe workspace. • Material Handling & Preparation:
  Cut and package materials to meet customer needs.
• Loading & Unloading:
  Efficiently load orders onto customer and company vehicles.
• Inventory Management:
  Maintain accurate inventory records and review incoming materials for quality.
• Yard Maintenance:
  Keep the yard and warehouse tidy and debris-free.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate company equipment, including forklifts.
• Customer Assistance:
  Help customers unload materials from our vehicles and ensure a positive experience.
• Merchandise Management:
  Assist with stocking, pulling, and organizing merchandise.
• Safety & Reporting:
  Inspect equipment daily, report maintenance or safety issues, and document any incidents promptly.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous related work experience is a plus.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Industry experience and product knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency with hand trucks and forklifts preferred.
  • Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
