This is a full-time, on-site position for a 3PL Warehouse Supervisor located in East El Paso. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control. Responsibilities include managing a team, supervising workflows, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is key to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

  Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams effectively
• Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling:
  Experience in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and overseeing the movement of goods
• Inventory Control:
  Ability to manage stock levels, track inventory accuracy, and reduce discrepancies
• Forklift Operation:
  Certification operating forklifts safely and efficiently
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Bachelors Degree or high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing is beneficial
• Bi‑Lingual – Proficient in English/Spanish
